The most flavorful peppermints come from the Pacific Northwest and this particular peppermint, which hails from Oregon's Willamette Valley is superb! Excellent and soothing as a hot tea, and delightfully cooling over ice. Can be added to other green and black teas to lighten and brighten the flavor. When added to Gunpowder Greens you'll have a classic Moroccan Mint style tea. Use one teaspoon per cup for hot tea, or 2 teaspoons for iced. Add boiling water and steep for 3 to 7 minutes. Sweeten if desired.
