Refreshing, aromatic spearmint is our mint tea of choice. It is a bit milder and smoother than peppermint. Spearmint infusion cleanses the palate and soothes the stomach. It is a gentle, caffeine-free, pick-me-up beverage for anytime of day, and is lovely for after dinner or before bed enjoyment. Delicious hot or iced. Experiment with adding a pinch to other teas to add an interesting flavor note. To prepare, we recommend 1 teaspoon per cup for hot tea, or 2 teaspoons for iced. Add boiling water and steep for 3 to 7 minutes depending on how strong you like it. Sweeten if desired.
